Good evening.
Again, just a quick check in before dropping into my bed. It's been a long day and I just came back from my step aerobics class.

Breakfast: 1 white wheat bun with cream cream cheese
Lunch: 3 grated fried sweet potatoe thingies and a chicken leg (yes, including skin lol)
Dinner: some spaghetti, tomatoe sauce and a small piece of chicken breast topped and baked with mozzarella cheese

Nite!

We have had a wonderful day hanging out in the house. Loved it. I am not going to tell you what we ate, only the walls will know for sure. Mr. VA is a little worse than I am, but I have had the sniffles longer. My energy started coming back yesterday afternoon.

I am debating whether to fix Italian chicken or mesquite chicken for dinner. If it is mesquite, I will have sliced tomatoes with it and if it is Italian, it will be broccoli and cream of mushroom. Now lets see which is easier to get to in the freezor.

mid morning -
yogurt with fruit frozen

No rain today, I hope, as I just washed my car!
Your BP is good too. You can not ask for a better one.

Ladybee, your BP is pretty good. I need to check on mine again soon.
You and Carmac are great food buddies and friends, that's so good to hear!

NCN take care of yourselves,it's pretty cold there.

Diana You are so athletic, good for you!

For lunch I went to home town buffet for the $4.99 soup and salad. That's pretty healthy.

Dinner I had some Chinese dumplings at home, I defrosted it.
