Good morning all.

Windy but fairly warm here (50).

Went out last night and had a spicy chicken wrap. Hoping that I'm maintaining rather than losing (or gaining-ugh). Gaining and losing are easy-but maintanance is hard.

Breakfast-yog/fruit.

Lunch-not sure-we have a few errands.

Dinner-might be baby back ribs, beans for Mr. L and salad for me.

Whatever you do-do it with gusto.

Good morning ladies. You all sound so healthy and here we are still sniffling. I have not been out of the house since Monday. I told Mr. VA that this is the joy of being retired. If you don't want to do it, you don't have to. He caught on really fast.

Coffee and milk
banana

NCN-I read where salt water sniffed daily or a Neti pot helps-I use my Neti daily plus take Echinachea. Feel better both.

Izzy-just bought some yams because of you-LOL.

Lunch was poached eggs and spinach on whole wheat eng muffin.

Dinner-Mr. L said "out"-OKAY!

Lacey, those yams and sweet potatoes are really good, good for you, and good to your stomach. Miracle food and I am sure I have told you before that sweet potato is our state vegetable. They are right in there with pumpkin and carrots for vitamins.

We are really staying close to the house so we won't catch the H1N1. It is all over the place here. We are not contacting with other people when we don't have to. I want to be well in December when our reservations come up in Florida.

Lacey, I am really not good with putting anything in my nose. I go to the steam room when I go to the aquatic center, but we are just staying in and using the vaporizer tonight in our bedroom. Mr. VA has been coughing all day. There can't be much left in him. I am a little ahead of him with this. I started feeling better Monday. I think I rest better than he does. He has to be doing something all the time. If we stay in a few more days, our entire house will be clean. I love it.
