Morning Jeannie and all.

NCN hope today is better for you both.

Coffee deprived this morning as I have blood work at 7:30-barely functioning and hope I don't drown in the shower. I bring coffee with and as they stick I sip.

Breakfast will be the usual yog/fruit.

Happy Fri. all.

Good morning ladies.

Mr. VA said he is feeling better today. We used the vaporizer last night for the first time. He had a really sore throat yesterday. He still sounds bad, but I think we are just about out of the woods with the colds.

We used to have a restaurant in Monroe called the Gopher Hole that served the biggest baked sweet potatoes with spices and butter. I would sometimes go there for lunch and have one.

Coffee and milk
banana

Lacey, you are more likely to go down the drain with all the weight you have lost. LOL

Had a late lunch at almost 3,went to a mexican restaurant. Had some chips and chicken mole with beans and rice. Haven't had mole for a while, one of the ingredient which is chocolate,so somehow tastes like it. It was good.

In the evening had some veggie soup.
