Good morning Judi. Good luck with the dentis. I can see my appointment in the calendar already. I think that is my most dreaded doc
I do hope you stay warm over there. It's gotten colder here during the night but we still have around 8°F. The forecast says it will stay crunchy cold and we'll have more snow.

Today our state has a public holiday and Miguel and me are the only ones at home. My mom, dad and DH are working in a neighbour state and they have to work lol So I used the time and went outside with DS. We took my two aunts and my grandma with us on a sleigh ride. However, DS is very clever and wants us to pull him on the sleigh so he wasn't finished after all but I was after running up the slope three or four times. He didn't want to take an after-lunch-nap buhu

Breakfast:
shared a small white wheat bun with DS (topped with a tad butter and a little liverwurst)
a sip of hot chocolate

Lunch:
mashed potatoes, peas, 2 slices of a kind of German sausage, breaded and fried

Snack:
piece of flaky pastry

I do want to use the time off and clean up a little as soon as my mom gets home and I can give Miguel over to her.

Take care.

Good morning! I think Jeannie is having quality time with family. Sometimes you just need a break and she has been doing this for a while.

Diana, if that is your least favorite doctor, you are so lucky. Age may change that. I have found good dentists that take the stress out of it.

Judi, you are our rock now, so just keep us going. Glad you are getting things back to normal.

Izzy, have a good meeting and steamed fish sounds really healthy.

Coffee and milk
peanut bar
banana

Lunch: I had some pecans and then started to eat a lean pocket. I told Mr. VA if I ever say I am going to eat a lean pocket again to remind me I do not like them. He finished it for me.

I also had leftover potatoes, leftover tomatoes, fresh cucumber and coffee and milk.
