Good morning Lacey, stay home be safe. Mr L is right!

Nice sunny day here, will start raining after tomorrow, feel sorry about folks that live on the Mountains. So much devastation!

Having some coffee and later with my oatmeal. I find that cooking it,makes me stay fuller longer. I used to microvwave them. Someone in the office told me to do that.

Good morning Lacey and Izzy and hopefully more people later.

Lacey, Mr. L is so right. He doesn't need to be worrying about you and he is in a safe place so go throw away all the things you have wanted to but couldn't because he wouldn't let you. LOL It is your house today and you are the vice president and have been left in charge. Will your garbage go out before he comes home? He will never miss it. Have fun!

We NCR wives learned this a long time ago. One of my friend's husband went off to school for a couple of months and came back home to a totally redecorated house. I think he liked not having to be part of the redo. He told about that for years.

Corn flakes with milk and sugar
milk and coffee

Oh, I am feeling much better. The stuffiness is about gone and the fever with it. I slept like a log. Probably getting rid of all the medicine in my system.

Good evening Judi, Izzy and NCN.

Brrr, Judi, stay safe! Be glad you can stay at home. I'd love to stay at home for a couple of days lol

Izzy, I guess you have the best weather of us all.

I've been either too busy or too lazy to check on CD the last couple of days. Weekends always do that to me. And I also have been looking for the perfect summer vacation for DH, Miguel and me. That took quite a long time b/c I'm obsessed with browsing the internet looking for appartments, houses or farms that rent out rooms. And I found a nice farm up in the Southern Alps in Northern Italy. They offer quite an adventure for the kids. Miguel can pick eggs for breakfast right from under the hens lol. They also offer self made jam, honey, juices and sell fresh meat etc. I'm looking forward to it but we'll have to wait till the end of August.

I tried to behave over the last couple of days. I either try to drop breakfast or dinner. And I started to drink a lot of water. I try to drink half a gallon of water or tea and it works quite good. Also more sports now. I need to get back on the wagon. With all the water and less real meal I can indulge much more around lunch time though.

No breakfast

Lunch: a small portion of potatoe gratin

Snack: 2 pieces of cake

No dinner but more water.
