In about 2 hours I'll be leaving for our company's bowling contest. I'm already looking forward to dinner tonight which we will have with all the colleagues (54 people as of now...). I can see salmon, butter-lemon gravy and rice in my near future lol

They showed blizzard conditions in the mountains yesterday. Sunny and beautiful here, but the weatherman said to watch outside and not go outside. We have had plenty of wind. I did not step my foot outside yesterday. Brrrr.
I had planned to eat fish for lunch but it was going to take too long and we were really late getting home after I spent two water sessions and then the weight room. Saw many friends. Our aquatic center is a meeting place for the senior citizens in this area. It was hopping today.
Wind is still blowing and it is cold outside.

I made myself a copy dessert of something we used to order at Howard Johnson's when we went to meetings in Raleigh and stopped there for a break on the way back to Union County.
This is prepared in a two cup tumbler. First layer is cool whip, then chocolate pudding container (mini) and then another layer of cool whip and finish off with chocolate syrup and then swirl a spoon through it and mix the layers a little.
Went to a Chinese restaurant with friends to have Dim Sum,nice to have that once in a while,a little too much sometimes.later had some soup at night.
