Hi;

We are planing to buy a house in west frisco and narrowed down our search to two communities (village lakes and pearson farms). Village lakes price range is affordable where are pearson farms is expensive. We are mainly comparing the builders in these two communities. Village lakes has first texas home and meritage homes. Both these builders doesn't have a good reputation from the blogs and also we heard meritage homes is using synthetic wood instead of plywood for walls. Any one has experiecne with these two builders and how they are interms of quality..

Pearson farms has david weekly homes and shaddock homes. I am not aware of these two builders. ANy feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks
Sri

Both those builders are great! David Weekly builds three great red-brick floorplans. Shaddock Homes has three great red-brick floorplans. Since you won't be living there more than 3 years and clearly aren't looking for appreciation since you're moving to Frisco, you will certainly love it! Just drive up to the first one that is red brick, has a garage in the front and stick tree with your moving van. Odds are that you'll be able to move in and nobody will notice.

I personally don't know if I'd want to live in Pearson Farms. It's far enough from the Exide lead smelter that pollution shouldn't be a problem but it's right next door to the forthcoming eyesore known as Elevate Life Church's 110 foot tall cathedral.

Yeah. It's the church that's just south of Kroger off Teel.
