Hi Guys
I am just wondering whether you can recommend some reliable/trust worthy HVAC repairs man to repair my AC. Somebody who know what he is doing, and will tell you honestly what the problem is (instead of telling you Oh you need to replace your AC or motor). And somebody who is confident enough about his work that he would give you some sort of warranties up to a year or something. And Finally somebody who doesn't over charge.....
I don't know whether the standard is too high or not, but if you can recommend somebody that you have worked with, that would be great.
I have been looking for AC repairsman and have had a lot of bad experience. most charge a lot for doing nothing or they will fix the AC onthe spot and it will break again in a few weeks......
Plus, interms of price, what would be a fair price of fixing a minor problem (that doesn't require a replacement of a part, except for some wires, etc) $120 ish?

Thanks a lot.

Give Bobbi Pappas over at Air Mechanix a call (Dallas Heating Air Conditioning Wine Cellar Installation Plano). They have a pretty good reputation around the area.

As for cost it does vary from one company to another. You would need to speak with each company for their basic service call pricing. Honestly though I would call and leave price out of the mix until you find someone you are comfortable with. There are HVAC companies out there that will underbid everyone. But with cheap you will get what you are not looking for.
