They listed me as the primary lender and my friend as the cosigner, but I'm really the cosigner. They had to set it up this way because his credit was so bad. He has stopped making payments so I took the car from him, and now he won't agree to sign the title over to me. The car is not yet paid off and I can't sell it because both of our names are listed on the title.
