Is that area considered Frisco? I was confused by the heading "near Frisco". Wondering if that's actually Prosper, but Frisco is such the buzz word, they had to put it in there.

Gotta love journalists.

Southwest of the 380 is still Frisco. I think Prosper starts above the 380. There will be another large mall built in this area. I learned this visiting the builders around SW Frisco; most of them have maps in the model homes that show development in the surrounding area.

Reminds me.....rep from David Weekley called a few days ago. Seems a house I was looking at in Pearson Farms last summer (now listed at 390k) is available under their 'Red Tag Event' for just 345k. Nah, the builders aren't in a slump :-)
