75093 is a much larger area an much more expensive than 75025. Both very nice areas though to live in. Parts of 75025 fall within Frisco and Allen ISD and parts of 75093 fall in Lewisville ISD. All depends on what your budget and needs are.

How many zip codes does Dallas have? I know the city by neighborhood names and descriptions, not zip codes.

75025 is north with more affordable housing. 75093 is southwest will be more pricey. Both are good areas with great schools. It all depends on your budget and probably your commute.

75093 has a substantially higher household income.

The average house price in 75093 is quite a bit higher than 75025.

On the other hand...

The elementary and middle schools serving 75025 are superior to those of 75093 by most measures. In particular, among 75093 schools, only Robinson stacks up to the 75025 middle schools (Rice, Schimelpfenig, Hendrick). Frankford, Wilson and Renner are lower-performing 75093 schools.

The housing stock of 75093 is probably 5-10 years older, on average, than 75025. If you compare houses of similar prices, you'll probably get a better deal (larger and/or newer) in 75025.

---

Some other factors, neither positive nor negative, just observations...

75093 offers a extremely vast range of housing, from $5M+ mansions to fixer-uppers priced below $200K. 75025 has a narrower price range, maybe $300K-$400K (off the top of my head) for the majority of houses.

75025 has the highest concentration of Chinese residents in Plano.
