The report in the Dallas Morning News on local hospitals' performance in terms of patient safety indicators is behind the paywall [1], but the color-coded chart is free online [2]. They also published a point-by-point rebuttal to the complaints made by the UTSW president, available free.

Not a whole lot of "green lights" on the composite score, unfortunately. In fact, Austin, San Antonio, Amarillo, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Tyler, Longview, Abilene, Odessa, Houston, Fort Worth all have at least one composite "green light" hospital.
