OK, here is the deal.... I have been with my current insurance company for 11 years. I have always paid on time, never had an accident, have multiple lines with them even, but it is time to renew and they raised my rate! Come on really? I will not mention the agency name but I am LIVID!

So enough venting, my goal is to come on here and see if any of my Dallas neighbors can suggest a good solid insurance agency that does not treat them bad?

I am looking for Home owners Insurance and Auto Insurance.

Thank You

I switched from State Farm to Allstate a few years ago when State Farm raised my rate for no reason. I use an agent in Frisco and have had excellent customer service, and my insurance decreased by $10/ month recently, so Im happy! And I just love how State Farm is trying to win me back by offering me a higher rate than my Allstate coverage. Niiiiice [insert sarcasm here]

Are you ex-military, or former dependent of someone who's ex military? If so, the choice is crystal clear, USAA...

I'm with Texas Farm Bureau.. they offered me the lowest quote a few years ago, beat the big companies and also AAA (who I was leaving due to a very bad experience).

We use TFB as well.

For a long time, when I was contracting, I also had a family health insurance (catastrophic policy - I picked up the rest) through them as well.

Well thank you for all the great input.

I found something I am confident I will be happy with, and saving a few bucks is never a bad thing either!!!!
