Can anyone recommend French restaurants that are actually operated by French speakers?

Thanks

Lavendou in north Dallas, just north of Frankfort and Preston.
Cadot also in the area is super good too.
Saint Emillion in Fort Worth
Toulouse has good food. It's in the Knox Henderson area
If you want the white glove treatment like it's done in Paris, you will enjoy Hotel Saint Germain. The oysters are awesome.

I like Cacharel just a bit more but it's in Arlington just north of Six Flags in a high rise.

Le Lavendou is not great anymore , especially since Cadot left , he was a chef there for many years , the menu is old and not original due to a stubborn and old fashion owner.
