I've recently moved to Dallas and have been living in an apartment, but now it is time to try and get a house. My fiancée works at the Dallas zoo and my main work office is in Plano (though I work anywhere from Plano to North Dallas/Buckingham area), so I've targeted Rowlett as the best place location wise for us to move to that fits my budget.

This will be my first home buying experience, so I'm looking for a little help in finding good realtors that know the Rowlett area. Additionally, if anyone has advice that might be helpful, I will be extremely grateful!

I have contacts out in that part of the world. If you need a referral from another agent give me a DM.

Remember you cannot name realtors or companies on the forum. Please send the OP a DM.

I live in Rowlett and can recommend someone as well. I work as a real estate appraiser but do not sell it myself. Send me a DM if interested.

Sorry, I hadn't realized that we couldn't post names. So please do DM any recommendations to me, I've got a couple already. Thanks again!
