Hi all,

We are moving to Dallas from Miami, looking for a good south Indian community in and an around Irving with a three yr old kid. We are looking for apts in and around North MacArthur Blvd - Jefferson Ridge Apartments, Hidden Ridge. But most of the review about those apt are negative. Kindly advice if they are really bad and also some other good decent apartments in that area.

Cheers!!!

.

See this previous thread: //www.city-data.com/forum/dalla...community.html

While it was posted in 2008, the info still holds true today. You might also expand your search to further north on MacArthur to zip 75063 (Valley Ranch) and to zip 75039 (Las Colinas east of MacArthur).

Best of luck in your move and welcome to Dallas and to Texas!

What you heard is true, and many are leaving this area (homeowners) when their kids get school-age. Why not see if there is an Indian publication locally and check to see it there is a rentals section. You might be better off trying to find a rental house or duplex than apartments around MacArthur/Valley Ranch.
