Private daily transportation services N Irving to Dallas? (Orange: rent, home)

I am not sure if something like this exists, but we were looking for private daily transportation services from north Irving to downtown Dallas. We both work near downtown, and do not enjoy driving during peak work hours. All these years, we used the public transport system in the Northeast and are slowly realizing that DART is comparably very limited, esp. when we buy a home around the Las Colinas / Valley Ranch area within the next several months (right now, we rent next to a Orange line stop).

We have kept proximity to a DART station as a criterion for a home, but that is creating several problems and I was wondering if we should think of other possibilities.

Does such a transport service exist? For dropping the two of us from N Irving to downtown and back (730 am & 530 pm, with some flexibility), plus a stop each way to drop and pickup our son - what would be a reasonable cost to pay an individual or service per month? What if we provided our car & associated costs?

Are there other options where we do not need to drive that I may not be aware of?

We may be willing to pay up to $500, or even higher per month for reliable service.
