I'm still a relative newbie here, but what type facility would such a majestic edifice be?

The old Parkland campus has been turned into an office complex. It has really been turned into an architectural showplace for Dallas. So this will either be part of Crow Holdings offices or offices for another corporation.

my understanding is that most of the office space is already spoken for and the only way to lease space is to be a FOC (Friend of Crow). Omni Hotels is one of the larger tenants.

That entire complex is gorgeous, but this is icing on the cake!! That new building is amazing, looks like something you would see at SMU, or at a historic college campus. Oak Lawn is becoming a very appealing neighborhood with so much construction going on. The entire core, I might add.

About to transform? Dallas has been "transforming" from a sleepy podunk city to a world class metropolis since the late70s/early 80s....where have you been?
