Posting this from the perspective of someone who may move to DFW area in 2015, 2016, due to work location (with company provided car) near Alliance Airport

I don't know guys. It seems like the Westlake-Trophy Club-Keller-Roanoke corridor is getting crowded. I believe Amazon is opening a new center out in the Alliance area, and other stuff going on. I remember on trips in 2000, that area was all pastures.

I wonder what kind of "hits" the ISD's/schools are taking, as they are receiving more and more kids to the area.

Don't get me wrong, these are nice areas, and the people I have run into who live out there are nice folks. I just think in 3-5 years it will be super saturated. Currently, driving 377 in Keller on the weekend is a zoo with traffic.

NWISD just approved a bond measure that will be used to build a new elementary middle and high school i believe-both elementary schools in TC have or are being expanded as I write this-we have only been here for 9 months and the building rate has been crazy-westlake has completed the Davis blvd connection to Southlake so that speeds up things alot and the new connections on 114 will speed up the main roads once completed-Alliance is whole other ball game-they have tremendous amounts of construction going on their too. TC still has alot of nice people and a nice community just growing before our eyes-good to see growth when the economy is still down. Not sure about the "hits"-NWISD is doing very well-BNHS is a wonderful high school and performing very well in so many different areas both academically and in sports and arts etc -I feel very positive about the changes going on. I think the growth will continue in that corridor for a while to come-with well known companies continuing to move their people here from other states.

Thank you Sossie. Just wonder if the infrastructure is keeping up with demands.

Not to make fun of any one city, but Keller has absolutely HORRIBLE infrastructure. There are minimal thoroughfares, almost no retail "district", and the traffic that heads toward Keller is overcrowding Southlake Boulevard. Let's just say Keller desperately needs tollway 170 to be built so the traffic can keep off of Southlake Boulevard. The tax dollars are good for us in Southlake, but the drivers and traffic violations are increasing exponentially!!!

As far as the development, it's named Granada and is going to be another gorgeous Westlake neighborhood. The building standards are non less than Preston Hollow or Highland Park.
