Looks nice. It is quite close to Midway but the adjacent house probably shields somewhat from the noise.

It is near Midway which put you on highways very quickly. It is not backing to midway, backs to the creek and situated deep behind big front yard. I know that area, its a nice house and whole community feeds to Plano schools.

I am not saying it is backing to Midway, just close. In the front yard it could be noisy, back is fine probably.

Actually I saw this house listing when we were buying in 2010. I don't know if it sold back then or not.

No it didn't sell. It's been a rental for 3 years. The updating was done back then when they were trying to sell it. Pool is really small, they really shouldn't have put in a spa, it's very narrow and shallow.

2010 & 2011 was probably the worst time to sell a house in recent history. They were asking $619k for this house, probably couldn't get it in down market and decided to hold on to it.

None of us can swim very well and we have small children so shallow pool sounds good to me.
