Hi,
We moved recently to dfw and are looking into buying a house on Independence in Frisco. We want to know which of the high schools is better -- liberty vs heritage. If anyone has any input -plus or minus of each school, I would greatly appreciate any input.
Thanks.

i would say Liberty. I live in Heritage district and its test scores are the weakest in Frisco. Liberty is second worse.

Wakeland and Frisco High are the two best in FISD. We are looking to move next year and are going to one of those. When i drive by both schools(heritage and liberty) it looks like some interesting kids go there to say the least.

one other factor i thought was interesting, Heritage and Liberty have a very high % of economically disadvantaged. i think 30% of heritage kids were on reduced lunch. curious where they come from?

another thing to consider, the new Indenpendence High School opens next year and is a mile south of Heritage. It looks very nice and will include Lawler Park and Richwoods

That couldn't be far from the truth , actually Liberty and Centennial are considered the two best high schools in Frisco , followed right behind by Frisco high and Wakeland . Don't forget that Fowler middle school feeds to Liberty, those two schools have also the highest % of the Asian population , and the number is growing every year . I have truly no clue what you are talking about " interesting kids" , it has not been my experience .
But anyway , I do consider those 4 schools to be very good , and have no issues with any of them .

Liberty is by far one of the best high schools in frisco. Half the NMSF kids in frisco are in liberty every year. I don't know what you are smoking saying liberty is second worse. Clueless peeps make CD interesting. 30% kids are disadvantaged in heritage and liberty? Where is the source?

Aren't you the same poster stating section 8 housing east of independence and eldorado? Are you really that clueless or you have a different motive here? ***troll alert***
