Hi All,
Im looking at 2 apartment complexes and was wondering if any of you had a "feel" for the surrounding areas or the complexes it self.

The first Apartment is
2929 Wycliff Apartment Rentals

And the other one is
Apartment Amenities in Dallas, TX | Downtown Views, Green Living, Granite Countertops, Washer & Dryer | Alta Design District

Thanks
Ryan

Alta Design District is closer to downtown, has better views, and it's a quick walk to Victory Park and the Katy Trail.

However, I prefer 2929 Wycliff's location, and it's a better value too.

I think the location is great at 2929 Wycliff compared to the Alta but I actually lived in a much nicer apartment at the Ilume for the same price as Wycliff (this was 2 or 3 years ago) and the management was much better at the Ilume. Better amenities too. Wycliff seemed to be badly managed.
