I started the other thread and have finally updated with my own experience so far......I've taken a good sample here....
I moved here 2 weeks ago and have started mt time of drive research for each of areas....I've done this trip 5 times during morning rush hour and 5 times during afternoon rush.

The Mean driving time from Colleyville to Galleria was 36 minutes during morning rush hour. The fastest day was 28 minutes. The slowest day, 52 minutes.
The Mean driving time from the Galleria to Colleyville was 41 minutes during afternoon rush hour.

Depending where you are in Grapevine, you can take 5-8 minutes from that time.

Next week I will start on Coppell......

This helps- it would be nice to know the times in and out. Does afternoon traffic mean 3 or 5pm?

Thanks for the info.

Afternoon rush hour typically is from about 4pm to about 5:45pm. Although under certain conditions like weather and major traffic jams, rush hour can last a little longer.

Traffic from the DNT to 35 on 635 is usually going solid until 6:30, as well as the interchange near the North end of the airport so I would expect the rush hour commute to be 4-6:30.
