Considering a house in McKinney on the golf course in Stonebridge. Does anyone know if there are any issues with pesticides and reclaimed/retreated water?? I read an article warning about purchasing a home on a golf course.

Stonebridge is a member of Audobon International Cooperative Sanctuary program for golf courses. The program provides guidance on environmental planning, chemical use reduction, and water conservation/management.

You can call the club and ask to speak to the superintendent. I doubt you'd be the first to have asked the question.
