The OP is quite old at this point, hopefully she's found a dentist by now

$3600 does sound a little high for a single extraction, implant and bone graft. It could have to do with the location of the implant, how much bone grafting will be required, etc. Still doesn't hurt to have a few extra opinions. Maybe call your dentist in Colorado Springs and see if they have any suggestions for you down here? You could also call Baylor and see if they have any low cost dentists on their referral list. I'm sure Baylor would do it as well if you want to be someone's test patient.

I am in need of dentures both upper and lower. I have dental insurance but still after insurance they want me to pay $4500 to $6000. I don't have that kind of money and my teeth are getting even worse trying to find a resonable priced dentist. Tried Baylor in Dallas but I make to much. Not sure how that is possiable(when I am out on medical leave from work right now)but just need a dentist that is willing to work out some sort of payment plan after the insurance.
