Recently drove this route and saw around 50 plus new commercial developments in addition to the Fedex Office campus, sign to Toyota campus, Nebraska furniture outlet mega development know as grand scape and the commercial development in castle hills. I was amazed to see all the activity and scope of said activity along this route. This area is becoming significant to earn its own name if one does not exist to,describe this blossoming corridor.

Yeah I saw the Nebraska Furniture Mart, that place looks MASSIVE! They are already putting out radio ads but based on what I saw it will be a few more months before they are ready to open.

Thanks for the visuals. The last one of Toyota is before the land swap between Fedex and Toyota. Toyota owns the land west of legacy now and fedex is just east of them on the SE corner of Legacy and SRT.

Is there an area name to the multiple complexes along SRT from NDT toward the west? How about SRT center?

For now, the $2B master plan is just called Legacy West although I'm sure individual branding will come later.

Legacy west and grand scape are only part of the area I was referring to all the way to castle creek commercial and a few miles further west. Combine this with the Dallas Cowboy new HQ and the mass is great.

Ohhhh you mean a nickname like "Telecom Corridor". My bad. Add this to the $5B mile and it is pretty crazy.

With the growth of the entire SRT corridor I got a new job that will prevent me from ever having to commute south of there. I will have projects further down but my office is now in McKinney. Exciting stuff.

The State Farm campus isn't anywhere near SRT between DNT and 35.
