I all ready started building one in this community and i move from frisco Hills to here. Now some of my friends are willing to pay 400k in this community.

so it will in future.

We are planning to build in this community but it will take at least 6 months to build home I have heard that interest rates might shoot up so I my husband is not sure about that

They might or Might not, However if they reach 6 percent you always have change to get a loon in 5/5 ARM or 5/1 ARM then a 30 years fixed :-), later down the road you can refinance.

We reserved in May'15 for a Nov move-in, construction will likely start in few weeks. I hear quality issues with Centex/Pulte builders. Hence, want to make sure I catch the issues at start. Did anyone sign up for private inspectors to monitor structural and other aspects of construction? PLMK. Thanks in advance.

Every major builder has good and bad. Complaints are normal. I think they are no worse or better then Beazer, K hov, etc.
