Not sure if you have looked but I have heard good things about Primrose School of Chase Oaks. There is also La Petite Academy.

If you are looking for non-Montessori, maybe Primrose. They have a decent curriculum but are individually owned so visit any your are considering. Kids R Kids also has a good reputation. Pricing will be about what you are paying now, or slightly more after factoring in fees and uniforms, etc. Parker Chase has a solid reputation but is more than you are paying and not northwest Plano. Unlike another poster, I don't know of any daycares in Northwest Plano in the 2300/mo range. Some of the Dallas elites with a preschool program are in that range but those are hardly daycares.

My thoughts exactly.

Of course you can ask a daycare if they take vouchers. After all, the people using vouchers need to inquire about it. They may not be able to tell you the percentage since that might be considered a privacy issue.
