I overall like my apartment complex, but the building next to mine had to undergo foundation repairs for several months, which of course for that they kicked out the tenants in that building. In the ~8 months I've lived at my place, I'm noticing more and more minor cracks in the walls, that are 1-2 feet long, except for a crack along the corner of a wall that runs floor to ceiling. In the past couple months, a door does not shut now because it is uneven with the top moulding on the doorway.

To the home builders and enthusiasts in this forum (seems like a lot of you guys), does this sound like actual foundation issues? To which agency do I send my pics (of the cracks and door) to warn about possible foundation issues in this building, and/or what else do I do? I have told maintenance before about some of the cracks, and they seem dismissive of it. Though overall the complex and maintenance are fairly good.

Yes it sounds like the foundation has settlement issues. However this is not dangerous and doesn't needed to be reported to an agency. If it bothers you, just dont renew your lease.
