If you've dropped calls a lot see if you can get them to look that up. I believe they had record of it when I dealt with this, but it was 4 years ago

I had ATT for cell and time warner for Internet and cable. Oddly enough both worked fine when I lived in Garland. Both sucked big time when I moved to Wylie. So I switched the cell to t mobile and the internet/cable to verizon fios. No problems since.

I am not paying a penny extra. They already charge a lot with all kind of BS contract terms. if they cant provide decent service, I WILL switch.

Just talked to another rep after few more dropped calls this morning, he said there are ongoing issues with my nearby towers (have like 3-4 around 1.5 mile radius). Recommended switching LTE to data only, but still only 2 bars. Will see what happen next.

It took four months, a number of escalated service calls, getting billing and 'new' accounts taken care of. Sunday the source of constant dropping of calls was identified as a five year old wiring issue. Two wires for phone/TV/DSL bundle instead of four. Great! Technician apparently stepped between the rafters and we have a nice gash in the living room ceiling.

BTW - Google investor relations in Dallas, option 5 is an escalation call center with live bodies.

I got a microcell yesterday from AT&T. They are running a $75 mail-in rebate, and I was annoying enough to get further credit on my account.

All of my reception issues cleared right up.
