You say that you've been on FiOS for a while. Do you know if ATT even provides phone/broadband to your neighborhood? That is, as LeagleEagleDFW has pointed out above, it isn't typical that Verizon (former GTE) and ATT (former Southwestern Bell) would provide telephone service (and/or dsl/broadband) to the same addresses. Cell coverage is not the same thing.

Yes, I keyed in my address to check availability for ATT & TWC, both are available. But Chartered Spectrum is not available.

Service is generally mutually exclusive - if AT&T serves, Verizon does not. If TWC serves, Charter or Comcast does not. A few areas have overlapping service. Plano and Lewisville both have a small section where both AT&T and Verizon serve. However, between those two, Verizon is the absolute clear winner. AT&T is better than TWC, though.
