I know it is no fun to travel on any road while under construction, but if heading to any area like the airport from Frisco Lakes, it would still be quicker to endure 423/Main Street thru The Colony than go as far east as you would have to go to get to the Tollway.
Of course I don't make that commute, so could be wrong. But I still can't see it being better. And that road will be done in the not too distant future.

I wasn't suggesting DNT to 121 to DFW. I was mentioning various routes to get around town. The 423 project is due to be finished in 2017 and it will get a lot better. Before then, hell. I drive it frequently.

I was on 423 this weekend for the first time in a couple of years. What a disaster, and this was about 945 on a Saturday.
