Depends on the toll road, but generally 5. Anything less than 85 and I feel cheated out of my money.

SL+5 MPH generally, trying to go with the traffic and I'm still passed. Does anyone remember when SL on these types of roads was 55 MPH? Sheesh!

On 121 I generally do the speed limit or maybe +5.

On 635 express anywhere from 75-140 depending on traffic and road conditions.

Usually 10 over but it usually depends on the amount and flow of traffic.
