I'm surprised Nations is still in business in the Dallas area. They aren't in Austin, and I'm glad! They would get run out of town here. I personally sued them when I lived in Dallas. I recommended them on many of my clients' houses because they treated us, the agents, well and said our clients would be treated well. I then put them on my personal home and it was a nightmare. We had the video running while the AC people were in the house, and they maliciously vandalized our AC system. We had to call the police for finger print and picture proof.

That was in 2006 or 2007. They tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure, and I laughed at them. In the end, they paid what we asked for and I was allowed to blab to whomever I wanted. It's 10 years later, and I no longer recommend home warranty companies. I give names of companies to my clients and tell them to read the fine print.

I had Old Republic for 2 years. They were great...probably saved me 1000s with all the things that went wrong with my appliances, A/C, Plumbing, sprinklers...and more. Unfortunately the gravy train has stopped as they have fired me. Yup, they smartly did not renew me ha ha ha...don't blame them. THink I paid 900 bucks over the 2 years and they fixed or replaced several thousand dollars of systems and appliances. Never a decline.
