It's the old saw: every car is a great car, at a given price.

Lennar should not be priced equivalent to David Weekely.
I think Parkside-Irving could be a GREAT location, for very specific people with very specific commutes. But if you're going to try to get back into your development during rush hour, you'd better be on THAT side of the road. Because during Beltline's 5pm commute you're taking your life in your hands trying to make a left-hand turn against all that incoming traffic. Figure 10 minutes minimum just to make that turn (no, I am *not* kidding -- I commute North-Irving to almost-Coppell daily and see people trying to do this, and frequently winding up causing traffic jams trying to, no I'm not kidding, all the time).
