Look for a brand called Top Knobs. They sell at local retailers but also online. A handyman could install for you....

It's easy breezy for anyone with a little common sense (hard to find nowadays).

Yup, tho if you are going from 2.5" to 3" handles you need to be really careful with your measurements. I paid a guy to do mine and they're perfect. But knobs? Pfft, I do those myself.

Once you find a style you like, you may want to compare online to make sure you're getting the best price. I bought all of ours from build.com.

Elliott's Hardware is by far the best place. They have more cabinet pulls and door knobs than anywhere else in DFW combined, it seems like. Just be aware that most of what you see in store is display only so you'll have to wait a few days to have them shipped to you. If you want more generic cabinet pulls or door handles that you can pick up in store the same day, Lowes or Home Depot is your best bet.

Another one here that buys on build.com. I'm also a big fan of Elliott's.
