What do you guys think of Villas at Legacy West community?

https://www.realtor.com/realestatean..._Q715696164039

1. Are buyers willing to spend more than $600K on small lot and three flory homes?
2. What about home styles? Modern construction is not norm in north Texas yet. Do folks like/hate it?
3. What about the area? What are pros and cons of living in area surrounded by large company headquarters?
4. Lastly, ever heard of Britton builder? How are they perceived in terms of construction quality, customer service etc?

There are patio homes/zero lot in Plano selling at that price point and higher so I believe the market is there. As for pros/cons, the idea is to live right there close to shopping, restaurants, and jobs. They are also zoned to Plano schools, so I don’t see the downside if you seek to live a sanitized “urban” lifestyle in Plano.

They are selling so market is there and price point is right. They are sexy, luxury and sleek, walking distance to all things Legacy and big employers, feed to top schools, close to highways, a short drive to everything Collin/Dallas. Legacy West is attracting serious money and giving ritzy urbanish lifestyle to singles, corporate divorcee, working couples and young families.

The townhouse is beautiful but 1 million dollars?
Not many place to walk to anyway. I would like it better if it is East of the Tollway.

Oh, I'm not surprised at all. Definitely not for me but with the growth in this area and something that otherwise you would have to go to Uptown Dallas to find something similar, there is most definitely a market for something like this. Legacy West is amazing and not surprised at all that these are selling and selling well.

I can't recall who coined the term "The Platinum Corridor" for Tollway between 121 and George Bush but dude had truly prophetic intuition.

I don't think these villas are build for native Texan anyway. I am pretty sure they will sell quick mainly to relo workers from out of state with no kids or small family

Nothing here is built for us anymore. Developers only care about the out-of-state locusts.
