Bob's is going to be the best for your criteria. Not too fancy but high end steak. Second to Perry's.

Nick and Sam's and Del Frisco's are too fancy
You already ruled out Pappa's
Kenny's is no where near your location
Dustin's is laid back but I wouldn't call it high end steak. Also not that close
