Stay on Firewheel Pkwy and then once you cross over into the Rowlett City Limits it becomes Rowlett Rd. Stay on Rowlett Rd past Hwy 66 (aka Lakeview Pkwy). Go past Main St and Miller Rd (both have red lights and w/ all of the road construction it is down to 1 lane each direction so avoid rush hour). Before you come to the next light which is Chaha you will see Dogwood on your right. Turn right and the live Santa and Mrs Claus will be at the 2nd house on your right. Take your CAMERA!!!! Go back to Rowlett Rd and turn right and go thru the light at Chaha. Faulkner will be on down before you cross over the lake. It should be a right turn onto Faulkner to get to the other house for Mrs. Claus.

While your in that area plan to go on a Saturday night and enjoy the fireworks show every Sat in December at Firewheel Town Center along w/ the carolers and choirs performing. The fireworks show is at 8:00 pm.

Town Center in Frisco (off Main)
For malls, Willowbend Mall is always decorated nicely and rarely crowded

It is a traffic NIGHTMARE!!! We went last year and sure there were some nice lights and all but it was INSANE!!! Ran into way too many rude drivers too. One was getting flaming mad and almost hit several cars and when we finally found them they were getting out of their car and going to a house there. Not everyone parks in the rear so it can be a royal pain. Someone also ran a carriage ride thru there last year and that tied up a lot of traffic too.

This is my home, but I must tell you that this 55,000 synchorized lights to music is more than worth the drive. The Clauses' are on-stage dancing, Friday through Sunday. You will not be disappointed.

Ms. Claus
I took some video of this tonight. Everyone was so nice and I thought passing out candy canes was a nice touch. I am in the process of uploading what I have. I will be sure to upload the video I got another year too. You guys do a very nice job. I live in Carrollton but I have family and friends all around the lake there.
