Crazy people won't just stop acting crazy because you ask them nicely. Sometimes you have to force them to stop. This hoarding is ridiculous and way out of control. It's legal looting. The city needs to step up and put an end to it.

Another good idea would be to shut down Kroger for Monday and Tuesday. Other stores stay open. Then Tom Thumb shuts down for Wed and Thurs. Then Fiesta Fri n Sat. Rinse and repeat. The CoronaVirus dies in two days out of the human body. By shutting places down for 48 hours will increase safety shopping - safe vegetables - which u sure don't wanna douse with Lysol. Plus this will increase the safety for the folks running the store.

I know Costco put a limit on how many of certain items you could purchase at one time like water etc. Maybe that should be extended to all grocery stores.
We already know that SOME of these hoarders are just buying up everything so that they can engage in price gouging...like the two guys in Tennessee who bought up all the hand sanitizers in the region and tried to resell at much higher prices.

Stores need to put limitation per customer. I see Costco doing them on certain items.

On the other hand, no one will die from lack of toilet paper. As gross as it is, you can use products like napkins or whatever, and put them, used, in plastic bags that you already have, and carry them outside your house the way you'd do used diapers.

We'll get through through it, without toilet paper.

Or, you know, water? The TP hoarding just shows the sheep mentality of society, and quite frankly makes you worried about what would happen was there an even more severe crisis taking place.

I just hope those that hoarded and are trying to profit from it get stuck with enough TP to wipe their sorry a$$es for 30 years. All sales final, no refunds!
