Another news outlet reported that it hit a manure truck.

I was at Target to pick up a prescription and there were two packs on the shelf. I didn't buy any because I had bought some last week, but now I wish I had!

It was initially believed that this was the first time a toilet paper truck had crashed, but it turned out it was number two.
