The first phase of their Princeton development only encompasses the smallest homes on 50’ by 110’ lots. Makes me wonder if they’ll be successful with the larger lot homes or go with more smaller lot and multi-family homes.

Have a relative who lives in the new Lennar Bridgewater neighborhood around the lake. Likes the amenities the development has with the pool, fitness center, the lake....but way too far for me though. Have to take Lucas rd or 546 to get anywhere.

No, that's not what an inherent bias is. A bias is, by definition, an unfair assessment that isn't based on the evidence. Asking if a place has some feature or characteristic that it used to have, and saying you'd be concerned about that, isn't a bias, even if one isn't presently doing the research.

Imagine I said "Is north city St. Louis still as dangerous as it once was?" Just because I'm not willing to look it up at this moment doesn't mean I'm biased, so long as north city St. Louis was at some point in the past a genuinely dangerous place. I might be out of touch with the current situation, but I'm not biased.

For this to be a salient point, registration would for some reason have to be much, much better in Princeton than in other places. That seems questionable at best.
