Oh - why to feel shy and stopped at telling "users"? Feel free!

Btw, I do know it is a troll post - however - you don't want to underestimate - all of what he said is completely possible and they are capable of doing it - meaning - can get high paying jobs without the ability to speak, read, write proper English, without any degree and what not? Go and see any IT org of any big corporation in the US if you want proof.

Ah yes, FAANG et al is clearly infiltrated en masse by unqualified Indians

You sound salty that you aren't able to make the cut. It's a common trend I've seen among white (usually older) American engineers. They go to some tier 3 school and are verifiably mediocre - at best - at their job but blame their failures on (usually more qualified) immigrants or younger talent "taking" their jobs. Introspection is hard, I get it.

It's even funnier when you consider that, if anything, Corporate America has a glut of underqualified white men serving as middle-management mouthpieces.

edit: Looking back at some of your posts (grammar, certain phrases), you seem like some sort of "pick me" Indian (or other South Asian). However, my point still holds.

Lol - hope you are not expecting to get a PhD for your research.
Either you are one of those or part of the corporate greed responsible for this. Why on earth should we have to deal with underqualified people being imported from a third world country? If there are mediocre white men or black men or any other men and American - that is another issue. And I am sure - most of them are not cousins or bil or person of same caste or from same place filling up those positions.

Waste of time to say anything else. Btw, do not forget to collect your PhD.

I just find it funny that you constantly harp on "broken english" but can't seem to construct a proper sentence yourself.

Don't worry about my PHD, focus on learning some elementary school English.

Not all immigrants are more qualified. Sometimes they're just cheaper. My husband came to the US for college and studied engineering. His English was excellent because they spoke British English at the school he attended. He ended up staying and got a job at a company in Fort Worth. The company he worked for paid for him to attend graduate school. He was surprised that most of his classmates were Indians who had come straight from India. He was very unimpressed by them though because they all blatantly cheated and none of them knew how to write a paper or give a presentation. He later told me that he wouldn't hire any of them. He now owns his own business. He recently hired an Indian engineer but his new engineer attended a US university for college.

I've changed my mind, probably a troll. His/Her first post didn't seem unusually broken like the last one, and the topic was non-controversial. The last post was really bad.

I agree the last post looked like a troll post to me.

Yes, absolutely a troll. But some real topics/problems to discuss without getting into personal attacks and stick to talking about the facts. But moderators will jump and delete. May be topics for another thread.

That is the reality which people tend to ignore if they are not impacted. And those who does this gets offended and come to attack - doesn't happen anywhere else except America.

So you’re saying a graduate school in Ft Worth (TCU I assume) admitted a bunch of non-writing graduate level international students? Except for your husband of course.

Fun fact btw: All schools in India teach British English. It’s how Colonialism worked.

This entire thread is a joke.
