This board doesn't approve of school or college rankings but this may interest newcomers. Some new names were added this year and some old names with strong college acceptance rates weren't considered.

You should write more descriptive titles for your posts. "Top-Rated DFW Schools List" and "Why do people buy older houses in suburbs like Plano instead of new houses in places like Prosper?" would have been good options.

100% agree. I found the link helpful but wished the title was better.

I shared the exact link in Houston forum.
My title was "Newly released public school ratings by TEA"

Thank you for pointing out the problem. I'll think of a more suitable title and possibly get more more replies on my next post.

If you want to get more & better quality replies, I would be more thoughtful with your thread titles. Some of your recent gems are titled “Why?” and “Pros & Cons.”

I'm not a big fan of these rankings, but if you have to use them - dig deeper than the top-level. My kid's DISD school is an A (94).
