I know Dallas is a very large area, my question is I want to bring my parents with me.
Is there any 2 family homes anywhere in Dallas ? Separate kitchens separate living space ?
Also it has to be a low crime area

Thank You in advance

Search for multi family homes on Realtor. Your budget will determine whether what you'll find is in a low crime area or not. You might be better served searching the northern suburbs, Richardson, Allen, Plano, etc, all have duplexes to be found.

No. A townhouse is a single family residence, though it could be built together with another unit as a multi family structure.

If you want two kitchens and separate living spaces, what you're looking for is multi family housing, of which a duplex is two separate living areas, and two separate kitchens, that shares one common wall, or possibly one unit could be built on top of the other.

I think she is just looking for a mother-in-law suite. But she seems to create these sorts of posts too regularly.

That’s very rude of you ? I haven’t yet found what I’m looking for and a message board is the place to ask questions
