Are there more and less desirable parts of Southlake?

I was just wondering if this home is located in a desirable location.
Our jobs are remote. Kids are in 11 and 13. I may have consulting gigs in future but it is hard to determine where they will be. Wife's job will be remote forever.

We are seeking feedback on this home for locals.

Thanks

That's a great area. Southlake doesn't really have anything other than great areas, but if you can avoid driving down 1709 for lengthy stretches, you'll save yourself some headache. You'll also have some more mature trees in this area, too.

I'm not local per se, but my wife is from Southlake and her parents still live there. Almost all of my time in DFW these days is in Southlake, so I know it well.

This is a great home, in a great area. If it is within your budget, I'd go for it.

Yes, nice area and very close to the Central Market grocery store. Just don't go over 30 mph on Continental. That's a favorite speed trap!

Just echoing the above posters. Timarron is a great neighborhood and is in a nice central area of Southlake. Easy access to Southlake Town Square, Central Market and Park Village shopping/eating areas.

Very much agree. We live near this area, and I think you'll like it a lot.

Popular home with 1200+ views in 33 hours. Make sure your bid is $1,500,000 or higher.

Don’t bother wasting time if you plan to bid the asking price

Word on the street is a bidding war is about to start and FOMO for Southlake is brewing as we speak.

The house is not my style, however that is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Southlake.
