Hello,
I am looking to buy a rental property in Greenville, TX but don't know which areas are good and which are bad. I heard North Greenville has more crime and all but south Greenville is better. How is the street Nevada Dr near Hunt hospital in particular? If someone has a rental property please share your experience.

Thanks,
PJ

There seems to be a TON of rental properties on the market in Greenville right now, so not sure the returns are the best now or over the next couple of years.
Sales prices are tempting, but expect rents to remain low as well.
What are your demand drivers for rentals in Greenville.
L3 is the only really big employer.

The good thing for owners though are so many choices without HOA.

OT - Why are you looking for rental property in an area you are not familiar with?

Greenville and Hunt County are considered part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area, despite the distance from there to the major population centers.
