I received an order from the child support office to review my child support and my ex says she did not request it. She has said she is fine with what I pay her because I pay EVERYTHING that is an additional expense for my children (ie, sports, school, school clothes, car, insurance). She doesn't have any living expenses as she and our children live with her parents. Her only expense is car, cell phone and car insurance. I know what I am paying through the court is less than the standard but she is the type (and she has admitted) that our children are better off with the situation the way it is - if she had the $$ paid to her she would spend it and it wouldn't be on the kids. She realizes the way it is now the children get whatever they need (and most of the times want). Can she tell the child support office she does not want an increase? Haven't had this happen - help me out with any answers you might have. Thanks .
