Well, having lived in the Seis Lagos neighborhood, I will say it is a great place to raise families. They have TONS of events, including the large 4th of july event which starts at 8am with a parade and goes all day long! Some of the people who live there are on their 2nd or 3rd home in the neighborhood.... Plus with the 6 stocked lakes and the swimming pools with lifeguards, it really makes the HOA dues seem like they're going to something worthwhile. Plus, being a guarded community, the kids can ride their bikes in the streets and play outside with a little more freedom.

I believe both school systems are ranked exemplary. I'd go with the house/neighborhood you like best.
