Hello, all!
My mother in law decided to come in town this weekend, and I'm stumped as to what we should do today. It's going to be beautiful, so something outside. Any suggestions? I can only think of the Arboretum. What else is there? We have three kids - 6, 4, and 1 - who will be with us. HELP!

Dallas World Aquarium is pretty awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by how cool it is. Also, there's the zoo, the art museum, and the science center.

Since it's the first Saturday of the month, the Nasher Sculpture Center is free admission until 2pm, I believe.

Arboretum will surely be packed. I'm sure they are already lining up for parking. If you go, there's a free shuttle bus (and free parking) at the White Rock YMCA on Gaston at Garland Rd. I would just head to this area because the on-site parking fills fast on a day like this.

Look at guidelive.com for other ideas.

Sorry I had to miss that! The Mustang is under repair for the big Woodrow 80th Parade on April 25th -- Carroll Shelby will be the Grand Marshal so if you want to enter a car, contact me.

Love the 2008 pics of the Bel-Air wagon (Nomad?) and blue 'Vette. Also interesting to see a '66 Mustang with that vinyl roof!
